MY STORY
After many years working long hours rising through corporate and startup environments, I started to question if I was living the life of purpose, passion and fulfillment I thought I was headed towards. I was struggling to balance the demands of a career and family and repeating many of the same burnout patterns, but in my heart I knew there was a better way.
I decided to make a change and through some inner work and time with a coach, I built a vision that was bigger than just my next job. It was a mission to empower other women to find that spark that lights them up, to go after their dreams and to work with companies to keep women engaged and supported in the workplace.
